Pregnancy is a wonderful time to begin a yoga practice or to deepen your existing practice. During this period of change, prenatal yoga can help you move your body in a way that feels good, help you relieve aches and pain, dissolve feelings of anxiety and overwhelm, and just feel better overall!
Class will include:
stretching and movement to help release the aches of pregnancy and build strength,
breathwork and poses to prepare you for labor and childbirth,
meditations to deepen your relationship with your baby, and
a great way to meet other new moms/moms-to-be!
